This 1911 10/- Blue is a post office fresh unmounted mint full lower-right corner sheet-marginal block of four, taken from the upper pane printed at Somerset House (Plate 1b) and displaying the characteristic date cut. Very scarce so fine, it is recorded as Spec. M54(2) and offers positional appeal alongside genuine rarity.
