This 1902 2½d Ultramarine overprinted BOARD OF EDUCATION is an extremely fine, very lightly mounted mint example of this rare departmental issue. It carries a 1989 Royal Philatelic Society certificate and the distinguished Minoru provenance, marking it out for the serious collector of Officials.
