This lower sheet marginal positional vertical strip of five of Jamaica’s 1964 Stadium & Runner 1/- in black and light brown displays a major error: the upper three stamps have the black omitted from the runner and the territory title, with the adjoining stamp showing partial omission. It is Post Office fresh and unmounted mint. A wonderful positional strip of the highest rarity, and simply magnificent in every respect.
