A seldom-seen Commonwealth colour omission, hopelessly under-catalogued and rarely brought to market.
This South Africa 1963 2½c Transkei Legislative Assembly issue shows the light green — from the background and country name — omitted, a striking and desirable error. A Post Office fresh unmounted mint example, it is one of just fifteen copies discovered, and represents only the second to be offered for sale in the past decade. Very seldom seen and considerably under-catalogued, it is accompanied by a David Brandon certificate.
