This lower-left corner sheet-marginal strip of three of the 1918 1½d Red-Brown captures Variety 18 alone, in which the ‘K’ of the marginal inscription is omitted. Printed by Harrison & Sons from Plate 2c, it is an extremely fine unused positional piece that preserves the tell-tale margin. A genuine rarity that is especially difficult to find in condition of this standard.
