An exceptionally rare colour trial from a modern Channel Islands thematic issue.
This block of four of the Jersey 1999 Orchids 25p, depicting Miltonia ‘Millbrook’, shows the frame printed in grey in place of the intended black. Post Office fresh and unmounted mint, it is one of just twelve examples known to exist of this extremely rare trial. A remarkable and understated rarity for the discerning thematic collector.
