This block of ten of the Guernsey 1985 Views 15p, depicting Havelet, shows the third row imperforate on three sides. Post Office fresh and unmounted mint, it is a scarce error, only five pairs having been discovered. A distinctive positional piece for the collector of Channel Islands varieties.
