This lower sheet-marginal block of four of the Northern Rhodesia 1963 20s Arms shows the black value entirely omitted, a bold and satisfying variety. In Post Office fresh unmounted mint condition, it derives from an issue of which just one hundred copies were discovered, and forms a wonderful key positional piece.
