This 1956 (July) 3d Deep Lilac Wilding is an imperforate tete-beche imprimatur block of eight stamps, Post Office fresh and unmounted mint, hand-stamped NPM/IMPRIMATUR on the reverse. It carries the provenance of the 1985 NPM Archive Sale (lot 185) and is listed as SG Spec. S68. A most important and magnificent rarity.
