This top left full corner sheet-marginal horizontal strip of four of the 1958 3d Deep Lilac (watermark Multiple Crowns) is imperforate between the stamps and the sheet margin. A key positional example of a rare variety that affected only the top row of two sheets, it is recorded in the SG Specialised catalogue as S70c. The strip is Post Office fresh and in unmounted mint condition.
